Mike Riley

Mike Riley: I am a full time top producing Realtor with John Rea Realty and have lived in Monroe all my life. I attended the city public schools graduating in 1962 from Neville High School where I met my sweetheart, Mignon Scogin Riley, whom I married 45 years ago. We have 2 wonderful children and 5 grandchildren, our special joys and interest. We are members and very active members of the Forsythe Avenue Church of Christ where I am an elder and Mignon is treasurer. Faith, Family and Friends are a very integral part of my life and of our marriage. I have a Business Administration degree from Louisiana Tech. My experience has included stints in oil and gas and the plastics industry before entering real estate. I am a past president of the Monroe Rotary Club, Crimestoppers of Ouachita Parish, a current member of the City of Monroe Planning and Zoning Commission, The Salvation Army, The Monroe Symphony Board and finally, the Strauss Theatre Board. We believe the strength of an area is its community spirit and intellectual capital. Our great community possesses both. If I am out when you call, it may be that my sweetheart and I are touring the area on our Harley!
