Nancy Vascocu: I am married to Jerome Vascocu, President of a regional bank, and we have 3 grown children and 8 grandchildren. We live just outside of Monroe in a rural quaint Northeast Louisiana small town called Oak Ridge. Oak Ridge is the birthplace of CenturyLink, a national telecommunications company. I grew up in Ruston, Louisiana graduating from Ruston High School and Louisiana Tech where I met my husband to be. We have been married 40 years. My husband and family are very important in my life. We are active members of First Baptist Church in Rayville. We have served in a number of Church ministries. My hobbies include music, gardening and traveling. We have lived in a number of wonderful communities, moves that enable me to empathize with others who are making a change. We love our community and feel you will too.
