Al Peterson

Al Peterson: I come to my real estate career through an interesting pathway, a pathway that started as a farm boy in a small north Louisiana community, Holly Ridge, graduating from Start High School. My path then led to Louisiana College, graduating with a B.A. in Speech and Psychology. I played sports in high school and was the class president. At college I was the freshmen class president and member of the Alpha Psi Omega Honors Fraternity. My education path continued through Louisiana Tech and the Data Process Institute of Technology for Computer Systems and Programming. For 9 years I was the Computer Programmer, Operations Analysis and Director of Data Processing for a major discount chain with stores throughout the South. I have extensive experience as a business owner and business consultant. My community service includes being President of the Monroe Symphony, Point Place Homeowners Association, and a patron to the Strauss Theatre, Board of Realtors Economic Development Committee, Masur Museum of Art and the Monroe Symphony Orchestra. I am member of Northminister Baptist having served on numerous leadership councils and commission. My hobbies are golf, photography, home remodeling and landscaping.
