James Thomas: I was born and raised in the Delhi, LA community, home of Black Bear Golf Course and Poverty Point Reservoir, and attended Riverfield Academy and University of Louisiana at Monroe with a degree in Construction Management. I began working on the family farm at age 14, and continued doing so through college. After college I began my career as an appraiser, researching and analyzing all types of property including commercial, industrial and land real estate. I am now focused on Commercial, Industrial and Land Brokerage with John Rea Realty. My experience in agricultural production, real estate appraisals and construction has given me the tools needed to understand properties from the ground up, and how to analyze and gauge the ever-changing real estate market.
Personally I am involved with all types of outdoor activities, from playing tennis, golf, to working and hunting over my German and English pointers. I currently live in Shreveport, have an office in Monroe and am focused on the entire North Louisiana I-20 corridor.
