Judie Ottwell Warner: I am a full time Realtor, recognized in the John Rea Realty Winner’s Circle as a top producer. I am a member of St. Albans Episcopal Church. I have been blessed with 3 outstanding children and 2 grandchildren. My volunteer interest is the Little Theatre, a very active community theater where I was the costume designer and sewer. My personal interest include reading, gardening, Karate and sewing. I was born in Florida but moved to Monroe at the age of 7 when my Dad became district commander for the Louisiana State Police. I attended the parish public schools and then ULM. Monroe and West Monroe are very family oriented communities that I believe any new family to the area will find open to them.
