Lincecum: My real estate career began when in 2004 I sold my interest
in a very successful plastics manufacturing company we started in 1986.
Besides being the founder, I served as its President. Since 2004, my
interest included real estate development, multiple apartment ownership
and management properties, homebuilding, business consulting, and now
real estate sales. My background of sales, leadership and service was a
natural fit for real estate. I have been married to a great lady, Gail,
an employee of CenturyLink, for 37 years. We attend Lea Joyner United
Methodist Church. I have been a Gideons International speaker for 24
years. I have been pleased to be involve with a my great university,
University of Louisiana at Monroe having graduated in 1977 and serving
on the ULM Foundation Board, ULM Athletic Foundation Board, ULM Annual
Fund Chairman, Chairman of the Wesley Foundation and currently serve on
the Life Choices Pregnancy Center Board of Directors. My hobbies include
music, guitar, golf and reading. This community has been good to me and
